It's all about the Journey
Mission to Lars
Review by Ross Anthony

A beautiful and heartfelt documentary. Grown Sister and brother team up to spend some quality time with Tom, the brother who lives in a care center because of his special needs condition. Apparently, he's never asked for much, but has always wanted to meet Lars (drummer for the iconic heavy metal band Metallica).

Having immensely enjoyed another odd Metallica documentary Some Kind of Monster, I decided to give this title a look. I was not disappointed. My girlfriend and I had beautiful, human spirit-type, smiles on our faces for most of the production. A few tears of sweetness even squeaked out the cracks of our eyes during the warm-hearted climax.

It's a lovely reminder that life is a journey, that we're all connected, and that it's still important to face your fears, even if in the end, you don't meet a famous musician.
