Sure, it's a kid's film about toys, but I laughed hard and cried like a baby. Oh, btw, there's even some creepy scary parts that little kids may not appreciate.
Overall, I loved it. Filmmakers paint more parental instincts into these toys than they do with the parents in the film.
If you haven't already seen the other Toy Story
films -- see them, they're all exceptional.
I always appreciate films
that don't seek to crush the antagonist, but win them over. Toy Story not
only does that in creative ways, but with a specific beautiful and
surprisingly positive message rarely seen in films these days.
