Lovely film. Nothing terribly novel here, except a film that shows regular people doing good things in the world. Sadly, that's a bit novel. Very inspirational. Had me on the edge of tears for half the duration. Swank rocks it, but great to see Ritchson in a role other than Reacher. Not because I'm bored of him as Reacher, on the contrary, he's marvelous. But because he's a good actor. Kids also deliver strong performances. Could it be that we all need to see more films like this? Anyway, I walked away inspired. |
