Jackie on Strings

Strained comedy, low action for the first 45 minutes. Picks up modestly in both departments at midway. Chunks have been edited out leaving a less than congruous story line. American release dubbed. Action edits too quickly, nothing extraordinary. Jackie Chan (known for "real" stunts) on strings is almost forgivable given that he acquires "super powers," but the film noticeably lacks his original creative and comical touches.

If you're a Jackie fan (as I am). Here are some much better choices:
