Music & Meditation with Simon Drew
The Sanctuary Studio
Review by Ross Anthony

No bells and whistles, just a piano and didgeridoo. Simon has a wonderful way of welcoming you to detach yourself from your own inner weights and allow yourself to enjoy that perfect self which is sadly so often buried in the minutia and drama of the day.

He dives into his own personal flow - musically improvised adventures. Hearing his release into the flow beckons each of us to pull out from under our burdens and our guards.

I relaxed into a conscious slumber that felt rather heavenly.

The Sanctuary Studio is an absolutely beautiful place to enjoy the expression of musicians. Twenty seats or so, warmly lit, decorated with brass instruments and a love for music. You're essentially in for a house concert - hosted by Simon Drew.

The sanctuary studio offers classes, performances, and even philosophical keynotes. Check it out in downtown Santa Ana.
